USSF CORRECTED DIRECTIVE

 

The USSF just plain got it wrong!

BELOW IS THE ORDER OF THE ITEMS THAT A REFEREE NEEDS TO CONSIDER FOR A HANDLING OFFESE:

1.  Hand/arm to ball 

1a  Reaction time

2.   Makes oneself bigger

3.  Is the arm/hand in an unnatural position?

3a  Did the player "benefit"?
